Default Bulking up and putting on weight

Hi guys.

Im 30'' waist and weight is 10stone and abit. I would like to gain bulk, muscel and weight. Be nice to to gain another 3stone and become a bigger waist than i am now.

Im taking Pro-Mass Protien shake at the moment 4 times aday but need to work round what foods 2 eat aswel?

Please could you help?

see paul eggleton for a personal diet and training plan, well worth the money and its helped me a great deal.

I am on Protein shakes and also creatine shakes.

Eat proper food after cutting out all the crap I used to eat. Have gained 1/4 stone every week so far for the last 3 weeks and look alot better for it.

they have a forum and sell protein products at very affordable prices
might save you a few quid
and there are a wealth of bodyy builders in the forums very helpfull site

A year and a half ago I weighed nine stone and after starting the weights and eating properly and cutting out the crap I now weigh twelve and a half stone, still getting bigger but its a slow process

Are you taking any Protien shakes or is that threw just eating good and weights? Dont spose u could send a pic to me to see your progress?

you want to be eating at least 6 meals a day and no sh1t like mcdonalds.

meat, fish, oats, egg whites, bananas,
i would try creatine as well as protein shakes, before workouts

to get big u must eat big

1 whole chicken a day
7 egg whites a day
4 egg yokes a day
loads of water if your taking creatine etc
