I was going to post the same question, but I think most people would say just to keep at it. The first few weeks/months is the hardest, but when ya keep at it over a period of time things will start to change.

I've been doing Kung Fu for 6 months, and have noticed my legs are getting more bulky and starting to loose quite a bit around the waist and gaining some muscle in the arms.

Sorry mate but there is no quick and easy way. If there was then there would be no market for roids.

If you are trying to put on muscle then maybe go to the gym a couple more times a week. I can't see how you can train all of your body in three days to failure unless you have lots of never ending energy and train for a couple of hours at a time.

and if your trying to bulk up, try doing heavyier wieghts but less reps
eg. 8 reps but 4 sets

try workin till failure, its not for every one but you have to see what works for you.

As long as you train each bodypart no more than once a week it should be ok mate, I used to be into weights in a big way - I wrote an article on a site here: http://hardcorebodybuilding.net/smf/...55&topic=103.0

Should answer everyone of your questions - I don't visit that site anymore but want any advice pm me

And before you ask I dropped the "Arnold" nickname quite a while ago lol got to many people asking if I was the real one lol
