Default OK - A quick hello and need some support...

Stupid as it sounds - i saw some photo's of a mate yesterday and one of them was a few years ago when he was somewhat tubby and then seeing him yesterday he was definately far from tubby and had real definition on his upper body muscle groups.

God that sounds gay

But - it's made me want to shift the puppy fat and get back in shape.

I did used to be a bit of a fitness freak when i was in my teens in training for the TA and the police. However, dislocating my shoulder, dislocating my knee cap, ripping muscle groups in my back and tearing ligaments in my knee saw the end of any form of training back in may 2004.

I haven't done anything since and i've put on 4 stone...

So - want to do something about it now

Been and had a chat with the fitness advisor bird at work and she's set me a very low intensity CV plan and some light weight exercises to start using my upper body muscle groups again...

Just thought i'd say hello to you all as i'm probably going to be in here craving support for the forseeable future...
