Default energy loss

i do a lot of weight training and currently benching 115kg.but i started a new job(driving job)delivering parts up and down the country a 9 till 5 job.but when i get home im knackered ive got the energy of a dead cat and now i can only bench 90kg less reps as well.doing 5 sets of 5.is there anything around to get my energy levels up.also being trying the maximuscle stuff weight gain and protein for 3 months and personly i think it does nothing useless product.all hype and a bloated stomach and farting.

You tried working out in the morning before work? Some people find that and a cool shower after really gives them a good kick in the arse for the rest of the day.

I know the feeling pal

I start at 5am & get home at 6:45pm (on a good day)

I have found that a really good workout on Monday evening, light one on Wed & a hard one againg on Fri eveing works best for me

Monday i`m rested form the wekend Wed mainly rowing & a swim & Fri i can sleep in in the morning


How old are you BTW?

im 25 mate. ive dropped down now to 75 kg on purpose and work my way back up the ladder
