Default joined the gym

Finally joined a really good gym near me and its excellent, personal trainer who has worked out a whole diet and new routine for me, really enjoying it. Having the personal trainer there pushing you really helps, all my body is aching

Good feeling eh? After a month or so you'll feel really crap if you miss a session or dont give it your all.

I`ll get some pics yeah when I get around to digging my camera out. I`m not big at all yet, only bout twelve stone at the mo, pretty skinny but it will be good to compare with later. Really surprised at how big some fellas were, how do you get that big?? I feel tiny lifting small weights and they are bending the bars

Try hard not to let others influence your lifting, only lift what you feel comfortable lifting but always end the set at failure if possible. Lifting a weight and putting it down before you fail will do you no good at all. My personal rule is, If i can do a set of 10 with it, its too light to end on.

I did my first session in the gym last night that included my biceps, the trainer near had me crying she pushed me so hard, can barely move my arms today but its all good
