Need to shed a few pounds, but im a fussy bastard.
Right, getting back into Rugby again now and I need to shed a few pounds of fat and tone it up (Well 2 Stone i reckon actually ).
I have no problems exercising, the main concern for me is my diet. I am a very fussy eater, I dont eat vegetables, pasta (Apart from Spaghetti Bolognase)..well anything exotic really.
My staple is meat and potato's with the odd takeaway . I know that this cant be too good for a weight loss programme so I was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat as me? Im going to start eating alot of fruit, just to try and fill in the gaps where I dont eat vegetables.
Any tips lads?
