Default quick weight loss??

I know anything more than 2lbs per week is unhealthy, i really need to lose some fat.

things were going well at the gym, then i slacked for a few weeks and i've gone and put 9lbs back on, i'm totally gutted, all that hard work and now back to square one.

i want to get back on track quickly, my only goal is to lose WEIGHT, and fast!!

HELP PLEASE

Definatly cut out beer, i cut out beer and white bread (id have 3 or 4 slices with each meal and theres about 100 calories per slice) Its been proven it can increase the size of your stomach, all with how your body breaks it down, and ive lost quite a few lb's
Make sure you always eat breakfast too.. will speed your metablism up

if possible try moving cardio sessions to first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, you burn more fat this way.

and then 30 mins in the evening, each day.

best wieght loss is 40 mins on stationery bike first thing in morning before eating or drinking then eat good calories and spread out meals evenly through the day eating little but often and cut carbs by 7 at night and if your training do 20 mins more on stationery bike as soon as you finish your last set

last year i lost just under 2 stone in about 6-8 weeks. my diet considsted of anything appart from fried foods, fatty meats, sweets + sugary foods and anything else blatantly not good for you like pastry, cut out fizzy drinks and drank 2-3 litres of water a day. did about 7-8 hours of exersize a week (mixed cardio and weight training) and the way the weight fell off me was shocking, but in a totally healthy way.

i found eating LOADS, but all healthy stuff seemed to help, the more i ate the quicker i lost the weight.

then went to america and put it all back on

need to get myself back down the gym again!
