Default Fat burners...

Anyone reccommend a fat burner that you can actually buy rather than ECA stacks or what every they are called.

I was looking at these and thought they might be ok, anyone shed some light on them? http://www.affordablesupplements.co....sp?prodid=1937

Or am i just grabbing at straws? Should i cut back totally on the fat intake and step up the cardio to 4 times a week.

Currently i go to the gym at least 4 times a week, sometimes 6, i do make sure i do at least 20 minutes of cardio each time i go and on one day i do 60 minutes cardio, which consists of sprints and 3 miles steady running.

I would like to loose the fat now, i have been doing this for 2 months and i have bulked up in the right places. When i started i was 14st and now 2 months later im the same weight lol, but i can tell the weight has shift from my belly to my shoulders now lol.

Any help would be good, thanks

Get your diet and training right first, then you can look at the burners.

They will do F-all if you are not consistent with your meal plan and training, read the following to help shed the fat while maintaining as much muscle as poss.
