That didtn last long
I knew I wouldnt be able to keep it up, lasted all of a week and a half
Just dont seem to be able to manage shift work and weight training, I know a couple of guys a t work who have said the same so that hopefully mean its not just me being a lazy bast
So its either dont bother at all or start again if I manage to change jobs, but thats highly unlikely think I'll just try sticking to the diet and exercise, bike riding etc.
cheers for peoples help and answers to my questions though

Try this. 103 minutes a week. (I appreciate that doesnt take into account travelling to the gym and stuff, but its still not a great amount of time)

Cheers dexter, its not really about finding time, its about my body being all over the place due to shift start/finish times, I cant find a rythm or routine so to speak, keeping the diet going, weight training, eating 6-7 small meals a day is all well and good if you work regular hours and can plan around them, I cant

Hi Matt,
I have a few mates that do silly shifts, the following works, and all you need to do is be organised.
Why don't you work out your meals around your different shifts.
Do a three day meal plans for the early shift and rotate as required.
Then three day meal plans for the late shift and rotate as required.
With the above plans on paper you will have all the info needed to do the weeks shop to feed your body for the coming week.
All you need to do then is pick the appropriate plan and follow it...simple as mate.
There is always a way round it !!
