Damn!!
The guy who used to 'spot' for me has now buggered off and is working out with someone else..
Now I have less motivation and won't be lifting the same weights as before..

Been here, done this many times, and now i just train alone pal, you will get used to it and you will enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please.
Just take care not to hurt yourself, you will need to drop your max down a little and up your reps a tad at safer levels. Hopefully you will meet someone who uses the same gyms on the same days and will help you a tad just with your max lifts.

Thanks for your reply.. Will still go down 3-4 days a week, just will need to drop weights for chest and arms..
Most others I can do fine though.
