Default Hi everyone.

Not posted in here for a while and wanted to see how everyones
training is coming on?

Is anyone getting the results they were hoping for?

I did not make the police papersift found to weeks ago
am a little gutted but gonna go for it again at the end of
july.

My training is coming on well my man boobs have gone from
a D-cup to an A-cup

Seriously im down the gym 4 times a week kickboxing 2 nights
a week and playing squash every tuesday.

Tbh ive not felt this good for a long time, sleeping lots better
actaully get up in the mornings with no hassle now

Sorry for th essay guys

Its ok mate just gotta wait a few months berfore i can apply again,
i applied for Thames Valley and wanted to get into Milton Keynes
but will prob will wait for Bedfordshire to start recruiting again and
get somewhere nearer home.

Thats good that your training is going well mate ill get some before and
after pics up soon theres not much of a difference but my shoulders and
chest are broading out which is a bonus

Just gotta lose the love handles and tone the stomach but ive been told
that these are the areas useally take longer to get results from.
