Default Help needed, gotta trim down a bit and start training again

Some stats for you:

6' 4"
14.5 Stone
42" chest
34" waist

Ok guys, I'm 32 now and need to trim myself up again. I have put weight on around my belly and back "love handles"

I've got quite big legs and arse as I used to cycle when I was younger but the muscle has no definition anymore and now I just seem to look bottom heavy.

I want to trim up my midrift, tighten up my legs a bit but really need to build some size waist upwards to make myself look presentable

I'm getting married in august and want to look my best so fast results would be great. When I was training the last time bout 3 years ago, I put on weight and size really quickly and I was using whey powder.

I only have a bench with fly & leg extensions at home to use at the moment as I haven't got time to travel to the gym with running my business and picking up the kids from school etc.........HELP ME WITH A ROUTINE PLEASE.

Once started, i'm gonna make time to go to the gym too
