GAKIC! Beleive the hype!
I bought some about a month ago when I was still training. Anyone who keeps up to date with supplements should be able to tell you how good this stuff is for improving strength in the gym. Obviously the more weight u can lift the by product will be more size. better than creatine because u dont have to load and cycle it, also it doesnt make you retain water. also it works straight away!
1 problem. im not training anymore cos of work
this cost me 59 quid for a tub and I have literally had 1 scoop from it

ficpower, sort of, they are all affective but its the combination that counts, when the three are taken as 1 its very affective. when I have time ill copy up what muscle and fitness magazine said about it. also tropicana fitness who sell all products rated it. it was also shown at olympia, team of people on it vs a team that werent. bench press comp. obviously gakic team won
all im doing is offering a supplement ive bought that is very new so pretty unknown but already highly rated and proven to ppl on here because I dont have time to train anymore.
just cos a products new doesnt mean it doesnt work

well with that sort of reply its pretty easy to get confused about your tone dont you think?? to me, being that short with your reply and putting a face suggests ur saying 'what the fuck'
if you'd of said "never heard of it myself any evidence to back it up or literature on it to have a read, for example then there'd be no confusion.

Hi guys, found an excellent short review on this supplement, the main reason its short is because only two studies have been conducted on it, think the conclusion sums up the whole thing excellently

well before I stopped training a month ago due to work, I was just over 14 stone but v lean (still 6 packed up), benching 145kg, squating over 200kg (5th week of squats) from a few months training with no gear at all so not too bad. you might say little but how long have you been training and is it all natural?

How the hell can you tell its any good from just havin 1 scoop??
Personally id never buy 2nd supplements, especially off sum1 i dont know!
Youve probably had one scoop thought it was a pile of w@nk and is sat in your room doing nowt!
