how to get toned!
well i certainly do not have any weight to lose since i am slightly under weight anyway and it seems to be still dropping off me, making me get very worried, but since i stopped doing all my hobbies my belly has started to become slightly untoned and i know that the way to tone is sit ups but is there any other interesting exercises i can do??
Also i see to be getting a little fat around the back and would certainly likie to get rid of this, any ideas?

in order to 'tone up' you need to lose body fat. dieting is the main way of losing body fat
also you cant spot reduce which means doing situps wont necessarily lose the fat on your stomach

Do you belong to a gym/ or have access to some weights?.
Resistance training is the only way to tone up. If you don't belong to a gym or won't be joining one then its time to get inventive at home, ooerrr
This means it will be pushups for the upper body, bicep curls with bottles of water and all that sort of stuff. For legs it will be squats, running up and down the stairs and so on.
If you do have access to weights then a good circuit training session will be ideal for you and I/we on here can suggest suitable exercises to include.

what paul is saying though will not build you loads of muscle??
its just circuit training, which is increasing your muscle tone, not size or strength.
listen to the man, he knows what he is talking about.
you can direct your circuit training towards certain areas of your body, but this is the best way of doing it and no-one has said anything about doing press ups as that the wrong part that you want to tone

Situps, crunches and leg raises for you then.
I'd start by doing 20 of each, each night and work up fro there. YOu could also do them in the morning too.
