Whats your favourite exercise??
As above, state reason why and what it is?
For me it has to be my lasy exercise i do on biceps.
Stood with back against wall, 20kg straight bar, 10 full reps then hold half way for 10 seconds, then do 10 halfs curls from the bottom half way up.
Burns like hell and gives some serious bicep pump. Normally gets you looked at when your pulling your face on 3/4 set.

Squats - there's nothing like an all out set of 5 really deep, heavy reps with the bar bending either side. THe feeling after you rack the bar is a huge one of euphoria, just before you pass out

I have always been a bench press man. Don't know why but I love the feel of pumped pecks (oo er) more than any other muscle.
and I am talking about my muscles not anyone elses.

Not sure about my favourite, but in know what isn't that has to be lunges, feels good when im done tho, puts me more out of breath than any other exercise. Although sometimes on the last rep it can get a bit wobbly and i nearly end up putting the bar through the wall

Personally my fav exercise differs depending on how well i'm progressing with it at a given time. A while back cable cross overs were a favorite, but currently tbh i dont like a single one!

Favourite at the moment has got to be wide gripped pull ups.
No real reason why just feel they get a better work out then when do lat pull downs (although do, do a couple of warm up sets on lat pull downs before the pull ups)
Tri ceps pushdowns are another one that I quite enjoy as well

Deadlifts, because I dont have access to a squat rack, so I cant squat heavy.
Dumbell Rows too, I dont get on with the BB version as well as the DB ones for some reason.
Shrugs too.
