My Exercise Diary – Weight Loss - Hopefully.
Since splitting up with my girlfriend I've been a little depressed, certain forum members have been fantastic in helping me. It's been 6 months now, and I am more or less over her which is great. I've not been too well over the last few years, with one thing and another. Anyway, I’m starting college soon and I want to be a lot healthier when I start. For the last two weeks I’ve been going the gym every day, excluding weekends. After going for two weeks, I thought I looked a lot better, but when I asked family members what they thought, they just grumbled any old shit, as if they care in the slightest.
Anyway, I’m going to take a photograph tomorrow, and I shall update it weekly, and you can tell me where I’m going wrong, how I look etc. This will make me work harder, knowing I am showing you lot my progression, or so I hope.
At the moment, 5 days a week I am doing.
20 Minute bike
20 Minute Hand pedal,
20 Minute on the other style, sit down bike.
So 60 minutes a day, and sometimes a swim. But normally after that work out, my false hip, and other few problems have been pushed far enough, and I just about manage to walk to the car, lol.
Feel free to call me a fat bastard, I'm sure it will help me in my journey to become slim, healthier, and so on...

me too, I 'm on a diet, no sweets and fast food shit! after having me boobs ( lol ) done 3 weeks ago, I just cant look back! if anyone has a diet plan, it would be fantastic!

I can help you out here Benni. Firstly though could you put your age up, current weight and what yo eat daily. The thing with loosing weight is all about what you eat. Cardio is important but if your eating shite it wont do anything. If we can sort you out a diet you will like then all is good as you will watch the weight drop off.
Also mate are there any foods you really dont like?

I forgot about this thread; I shall post some pictures tomorrow. Things are going great, and I feel great. I've been riding my bike most days, and if I don't feel up to the bike, I go the gym. So I've been doing well.
Friends can see a difference, infact someone sent me a picture of me lasy year sat in my car and I look awful. But now I look much better, nowhere near my goal but I am getting there.
However, I did see a lovely lady whilst out on the bike yesterday and nearly rode into the railings which would of set me back a lot!
