Fiesta ib5 gearbox oil capacity

Hi, anyone know the gearbox oil capacity for the ib5 box on a mk5 fiesta zetec s?
Also, what oil would people recommend using?

75/90 just fill it till it runs out of the filler hole its roughly 2.5 litres iirc could be less tho
