Default Mfi block to EFi...

Is it just a crank sensor to be drilled and tapped

If your talking about converting an MFI to EFI, then yes, just the CPS, you can either drill the block and mount it where its meant to be (you'll have to fit an EFI flywheel aswell ), or you could put a trigger wheel on the end of the crank pulley and mount the sensor there....probably easier IMO.
