depends what your doing..eg. new rings,full set of bottom end bearings,oil pump,water pump,head set+gaskets).oil/antifreeze/filter....
and if you find more than what you expect...regrind cranks..cracked con rods..honeing..rebore..pistions..new cam kit..ect,ect
can start at £600 but can spiral out of control...
good luck

I agree with Rad. My rebuild started off as just getting the car back on the road. Then it was back on the road with a couple of tweeks and in the end I just went "Fuck it" and done the lot

The Fiesta is just getting a new ring set, honest

I had my ERST engine re-built for £375, inclusive in that price was:

BRAND NEW set of Ford OE 0.5mm pistons
New valves
Crank re-ground to 0.25
New shells
Block bored to 0.5
Head skimmed
Had a con rod replaced aswell as 1 had a slight bend in it
Block sprayed

Bargain!
