Advice needed on fuel pump with beige injectors and chip !!!
I know it is recomened to upgrade the fuel pump when using the beige injectors with the chip but can the standard fuel pump handle the power comfratablely ?

surely it depends on the power that is trying to be achieved? The fuel pressure will need turning up also just pop the cap off the fuel reg and there is an adjustment screw there. but I would advise against doing this yourself take the car to a tuner for a setup.

James,
I was always under the impression using the 195 conversion required an increase in pressure. I am going back to the early days of the off the shelf Super Chips kit tho.
I do know that the std pump has an issue where the 'elbow' from the pump to the sender splits open. It can be resolved with some high pressure fuel hose and two hi torque clips tho.

Most chips fitted in these will only ever run std fuel pressure,
Most tuners including ourselves will just open the injector for longer if more fuel is required, not wind the fuel pressure up. Thats why a chip is fitted.
Thats also the whole point in fitting larger injectors on this conversion like the 701s, so they will flow more at std fuel pressure raised as std 1:1 with boost.
