What's your current spec as if you're talking about adding beiges it would indicate you've not really scratched the surface of tuning yet?

Blue injectors are on the limit around 170 or so aren't they? To get into the 200 club is a completely different ball game and by the sounds of it you are still running the standard T2. T3 plus associated mods is where you need to look at next.
EDIT: T34 on blues????

The reason it won't go above 15psi is the fact you got blue injectors which simply will not provide sufficent fuel for anymore than 13-14psi. I am suprised you have got 15psi. You will need to run beiges or bigger for more power and at least a stage 2 chip. With the t34 and the rest of your mods outlined with the correct fuelling and good set up should see you easily touch 200bhp mate. You can get a ofac to run over 21psi if you so wish with the correct tuner but you are talking big boost then and defo steel bootm end to safely run this. Another thing you want to consider is driveability. It's all good having 250,270 even 300 hp is possible form the 1.6 but you can't really drive it on the road because as soon as you hit half throttle you will just light up the wheels in any gear.

Also your map sensor should be at least 2 bar which is more than enough for 20 psi. 1 bar equates to 14.5 psi hope this helps
P.s the pump you will need is either an escort cossie pump or 255 of some sort

rs turbo nutter!!! thanks that what i wanted to hear ha ha knew it was possible coz the persion who i started building my car with knew what he was talking bout was 5 years ago now i do all my work myself and when it come to electric and fueling my knowledge runs out i'm teaching myself it all slowley but it takes time i hav got my rs runing 15psi and i havn't even treid to push it anymore for nearly a year i knew the next step was to get the fueling sorted so now is the time to invest abit more money! my rs when i 1st got it was running 180bhp @ 10 psi on a pretty much standard car part from a superchip the guy who built it was a very clever guy and knew alot and what else he done i'm really not sure has got a cossie amal valve lol! all the internal went touched so i hav done the rest at 15psi i would like to its about 200-220bhp! i hav 205/45 r15 on her and i think if i push it up to 300 will need more like 17's and much wider might b a way to get grip only trial and error really goin to get a track day motorsport sytec pump and omex managament systen plus proper injectors then i will finally b ready to go to the rolling road thanks mate nice 1 Greg

Fitting 17's is only good for looks mate. There is a fair bit of work involved to fit them, more than just rolling of the arches and you lose your handling capabilites. I didn't know you could get 205/45/15 tyres and if you have I bet they are not cheap. You will never see 200hp on blues though mate or without a stage 2 chip. If you are wanting more boost then you need to start thinking about a steel bottom end or you will be throwing your rods out of the block lol. I am running 17psi on mine atm and I reckon its around 200-220 but I have got uprated pistons and rods to cope with it. They say that the max standard bottom end can cope with is 16/17 psi but thats on a fresh engine. If you want big power though without spending an absolute fortune on the cvh is as above go full blown zetec turbo

So you're going zvh waste of time with the amount of work involved it would be easier to go full zetec. You can then sell your cvh on gay bay and probably get more than what a zetec will cost you and you can easily acheive 300 hp. The problem with the cvh is the head is so restrictive so no matter what displacement bottom end you put on you still got the restriction of the head

I very much doubt you have a T34, more like a T3 which is a job to fit in itself!
Also a 2 BAR MAP sensor CAN NOT see any higher than 15 PSI!
The correct solution here is to take it to a tuner to set it up, before you destroy your engine!
My bet is that the calibration is most likely totally incorrect for your engine spec.
Imo regardless of if you do actually have a T34 or not you will be better off having a live map anyway (I think it's possible on EEC management), as you have headwork, cam etc, at the very least you will need a 'custom chip' to be written.
If you are hitting a boost cut then your trying to run to much boost!
