Default 17s to clear my fat brakes.. thoughts please.

I recently got some Racing Puma Front brakes for my Fiesta but sadly they don't fit under my Group A Speedlines or any of the other 16s I have... Assumption is a terrible thing.. Silly fat Alcons!

I've always thought of 17s as being abit too big for a Fiesta. Will some bigger wheels affect the driving that much? Slightly slower acceleration and abit less nimble I'm guessing.

Which 16s are good for taking bigger brakes? I do fancy some MOs

Any input would be great.

The harshness isnt really an issue to be honest. On coilies and rose joints. Cant get much worse..

I'll have a hunt for some 6 spoke MO's... Reyland the place for Comp stuff I take it?

Wouldn't put 17's on a Fiesta if you paid me. They ruin the way teh car drives and handles, they are just too damn big. If you can't get them under 16's I would punt them on or add them to your spares drawer for use another day. TBH from experience I beleive going bigger than a 15" rim on the Fiesta is a bad idea.
