Just buy the powerflex bushes for the anti roll bar and the bottom arms - adjustable bottoms arms arn't designed for loads of miles on the road as the cylinder bearing gets crap in it and fooks up, these are for track/strip use etc, go with the bushes that will sort your problem.

deflex have stopped trading but i have no doubt they will be back under a different name.

were they the replacement wishbone ones? complete lower arm, with holes drilled in?

i nearly went for those, so glad i didn't!

i've done about 4500 miles on my rose jointed ones (all through winter as well) no discernable wear so far

i use ian howells camber adjustable lower arms with standard bushes tho i'm going to upgrade these to powerflex shortly.

these allow the geometery to be reset after fitting aftermarket suspension.

Must say i'm well impressed with them, the change in grip levels and general handling is immense. They allow me to run maximum -ve camber within ford tolerances and keep the contact patch at it's max.

You need a quality place that knows what they're doing to set them up tho.
