Hi all what ACT would you expect on a FRST, mine has a front mount pro alloy intercooler!!

What boost are your running and what sort of power are you making?

It's a bit of a "how longs a bit of string" without knowing this

I know what your saying but just a rough guide would help its a 1.8 zvh making about 16psi whatever power that maybe i would guess around 220 bhp mark any ideas??

Get an ACT gauge, mine is standard and is at 17-19 degrees after a short run.
