Definately throttle bodies with an aftermarket engine management system

Webber Alpha do a good kit, which will supply everything you need , manifold, breather trumpetes filters, throttle bodies, fuel regulator Throttle body loom and engine loom,etc........ and every nut and bolt youll need, this is the GOLD kit

They also do the Platinum kit which includes cams, but not the vernier pulleys, although id leave the cams as they are the same spec as stage 1 kent cams for the zetecs and you can buy them elsewhere a lot cheaper or have your own cams reprofiled to the same spec cheaper again

Throttle bodies and an aftermarket ECU will give the best bhp per £. I would no touch webber alpha stuff, there are plenty of companies offering all the bits you need though.
