I hope that your friend does not mind me using the pictures above, I found the pictures on a car cruise website, and I started drooling.
The car above was featured in Fast Ford a while ago now, I even still have that issue of Fast Ford here.

nah he wont mind mate, dont worry about it!
he never had it when it was featured, he bought it just after.
the only thing i dont like, and he agrees with me, is the bonnet! but because of the headlights he cant change it back, shame really cuz it would look loads better without it

PassionFord Post Troll
i remember when Mike first done that, He was from the Torquay area , me and him had a race off the lights , we both had a stage 3 engines at the time , but due to the fact my cossy was a 4x4 and his was rwd with a stripped out rear, he just sat there and span at the lights and i was gone .
Once it was rolling there was not much in it beleive it or not.
But i do have 2 say i really do like the car , there has never been anything like it b 4 and hopefully there will be anything like it again .
wheres the car now ??

I remember this being advertised and it didnt sell for awhile - Wanted about 10k originally, how much did you mate pay as its money well spent when you think of the parts/labour gone into it.

Im pretty sure a standard turbo bonnet would fit as ive seen a mk3 have the 106 lights converted in before with a standard bonnet...
