Lots of negative camber
Had new polybushes a couple months ago, top mounts look okay.
But, all of a sudden theres alot of toe out and camber
cant see anything wrong. Havent hit a curb or pot hole
Any ideas?

You will get camber from the lowering. Probably been there all along and youve only just noticed it.
Take it to a tyre centre and have the camber and toe checked

I'll second that, fitted more Powerflex than i can shake a stick at, never made a difference to geometry. The idea of the uprated bushes is that they keep your geomtery where The Good Ford intended it to be (unless you lower it or modify strut tops etc etc......)
