i meant to say it is on the block not head if you remove the sump and then the timing chain cover you now remove the oil slinger from the crankshaft it has a key way in it now you can see the tensioner it is spring loaded so pull it back and remove the tensioner arm off the pivot

now the chain is off hope it helps
