Default B Reg RS 1600i ?

Followed a grey one on the A50 towards Donny on Sunday. Are there any B reg's or is it a fake ? Had no spots or fogs. WHooooooo was it ?

Most likely a replica mate, although there was a D reg one that surfaced but it was an early one that wasnt registered til 86

Last ones were made on the A plate

Might have been but im sure its just that D reg one, wouldnt have been made after 83, have to speak to the Registrar on that one

Theres a couple of good RSi reps that ive seen up southend, ones an X reg XR3, the others a B reg XR3i with a turbo engine in so you do get allsorts!

Ive just seen a B reg one this morning parked outside my local ford dealer well it had the graphics and the front and rear spoiler but im guessin its not a proper one cause it had xr3i interior in it and it didnt have the fogs or spots on the front either could be the same one ?? as this one was grey it also had multispoke alloys aswell

The one i saw had no spots or fogs and was grey. I overtook it on the way to Donny so could'nt tell what wheels were on it. Must be a replica cos you would'nt put XR3i seats in if it had 1600i seats to start with would ya ? If it was a genuine B reg it would be extremely rare so why put XR seats in !

I've never seen a B plate one, but I've seen a J plate S2 so maybe it might be genuine?

ive seen a j reg mk4 3i near me too. not even 90 spec tho, so im guessin when the 90 spec came out ppl said, "I'm not havin the old one" and it got left around till the j plate came out and someone picked up a rarity.
