wd 40 is a good one and it dries and doesnt leave any marks or anything

Mr S1 Mar 4, 2006 08:05 AM

I'd get them painted mate - or better still just be very careful not to get polish on them in the first place.............. ;)

Good stuff but leaves it greasy and as soon as it gets wet it goes manky I always found.

Kiwi Boot Polish. Uses it on my tyres as well, beats any tyre dressing that wears off. If u wanna see some pics of it let me know.

cossiegreg1 Mar 10, 2006 12:03 PM

pics please!

MikeyXR2i Mar 10, 2006 03:56 PM

Here they are, doesn't look that shiny in the pics but in the flesh the stuff is the muts nuts, really is, it dries completely nothing sticks to it either, shine last for yonks.

Same here and if you have polish on the door handles rub it in really hard with one finger behind a bit of cloth gets right into the cracks and textures then.
