Obviously my copy still hasn't arrived as I didn't really fancy going to the shop at midnight and waiting in a queue for it, even though I did consider it I would have come home and played it till I was late for work the next day

Definitely gets better the more you play it and the guns all seem to have different qualities instead of having one assault rifle being just like the rest.Only a couple of levels til the crossbow.

I think there was 2 or 3 of us last night on MW2. There were about 200,000 people on the servers last night compared with about 400,000 last week. At least the servers are nice and speedy

80% of my friends list had "black ops" next to their name last night as well - I'll be over when my copy arrives!

if not go to single player, and you swill see your tied up in a chair, you need to get free ,possiby jump button (was space bar on mine as im pc) then have a walk around and find a small computer, once the computer screen comes up type doa and it will take you to a zombie game like it was made from the creators of smash tv


other than the game is still crap online, i even thought id upgrade my cpu to see if it gets any better and it doesnt, just too slow of gameplay and the character carnt keep up with my movements on mouse and keyboard

 

you can also put in zork into the computer and you have to press the trigger buttons till he is free, you get achievements and trophies for doing so.

3days, level 20 and thus ends my COD career. I honestly didnt think I would get bored of a game that quickly.
I think its terrible how no matter what game mode you play, it just turns into a team deathmatch.

 

i love it the moe i play it the better it gets.. once you get used to the slower gameplay its spot on

i find it quite interesting that the pc community seem to have taken to black ops much better than mw2 which was a complete flop on pc from the get go and console players prefer mw2. thats a good sign

nothing to do with the mod release, as far as im aware there wont be allowed any modded ervers, the only reason pc players prefer it to mw2 is its dedicated servers so admin have controll, mw2 was full of hackers using aimbots and you couldnt kick them or ban them

now admin have there own rights to there servers they can now ban hackers, but the best bit is they can ban there keycode so to get on that server again they have to buy the game again, but also can report them to the game makers who will ban them permantly until they buy the game again

plus us pc players they fukt the config files up and ive had to change all the config settings to get the game running smoother, the game automatically thinks you have twin graphic cards and a single core cpu, so ive had to change it all to 1 card and a 6 core cpu, and the game runs off our cpu and processor and not the graphic card so there rushing a patch out to fix this as games should run off graphic cards and using a little bit of cpu and memory

 

bought it today (Ł37 in sainsburys,no queues, nothing) got home,expecting an amazing game where you can completely customize your character etc....
erm.....compared to medal of honor and bad company 2 the graphics are AWFUL,its like playing on a megadrive again!your soldier moves WAY too slowly,the maps are TINY,its got nothing to do with being tactical etc...just 2 types of people playing,people who just camp behind a corner and people sprinting around knifing everybody (something i hated on mw2).
the shotgun somehow misses people at point blank range,the guns are insanely hard to aim and take forever to move from the hip to the aim,grrrrr....
so ill give it a week,if its still crap ill get rid,been waiting for this game 6 months and its worse than MOH which i came by on chance

 

if folk running around knifing you is something that pisses you off then your obviuosly dire at these kind of games,go play tetris or something

THe game is good, though is similare to WAW. Not played online much but going to spend a few hours on it today as feeling rough.

Wager Matches is defo the best thing about Black Ops. Playing Sticks and Stones with a few of your mates is a decent laugh. Nothing better than bankrupting the leader with seconds to go

 

bc2 has gone down hill since they patched it, the hit range is even worse than cod lol, ill stick to moh as its an ibetween game of bf and cod

also the free battlefield game comes out end of the month, old skool bf2 with the new engine, so i can see a lot of cod and bf pc players going back on that
