1979 Mk2 Escort RS2000 Custom Shell And Cosworth Engine
With deep sadness due to 4 spine operations I cannot complete my pride and joy Please see my Mk 2 Escort rs2000 custom rolling shell I've own this car for 18 years.
It comes with the below items:

Carbon Fibre top Dash
Spa Carbon fibre mirrors
Carbon Fibre rear window inlets
RS three spoke Steer wheel
Front clear indicators
Front 15" 7j alloys
Rear 15" 9j alloys
Ford 9" shorten rear axle and halfshalfs
Limited slipped diff
Rear brakes 2 pot hi-spec
4 link
Watts linkage

Gaz coilovers front and rear

High pressure oil pump
Head ported and worked to RS500 touring car spec
Cams ground to custom profile
3 angle valve seats
Bronze guides
Inlet and exhaust ported to match head
Swedish inlet manifold
Shortened exhaust manifold to suit larger turbo
Ex hill climb T4 turbo machined rear to .70 F1 shaft Sourced by Field Motorsport
Grey injectors
P8 Ecu
Wasted spark
Boreham developments Anti lag
Field Motorsport WRC spec loom
Machined throttle body
WRC cam sensor
ARP head studs and rod bolts
The spec list above does little to reflect the time and effort that has gone into this engine (especially the head) After Bob was finished Engine has been run in and mapped on the dyno By Tommy Field at Field Motorsport to which it made a conservative 465bhp and 440ftlb of torque which we agreed was plenty for a MK2 escort!
Please bear in mind these Engines are getting rarer by the day almost, and even rarer to find a turnkey example with such pedigree.
