Skoda Octavia VRS

This is our Skoda Octavia VRS, it has been my wife's car for four years and in that time it's been absolutely fantastic. In that time we have had it serviced occasionally by the local garage. In that time the only problems we've had are with the fuel pump and the battery. Both items were replaced. The condition is really very nice, there are the odd marks but nothing that detracts from the overall condition of the car. The alloys are good as are the tyres. The interior is also in really nice condition, the VRS floor mats are still present. The only slight negatives are that the secondary air pump is slightly noisy for the first 30 seconds when started from cold. They all seem to do this, it sounds like a slight exhaust blow but it clears after a minute or so. This is an Octavia VRS thing, they all seem to do it and it has never bothered us. The other thing is that the service due warning has just come up on the dash. I understand that this is easily turned off but I've left it on to try and show we have nothing to hide. The only reason we are letting it go is that my wife has fallen in love with a Golf GTI which we've bought so the Skoda unfortunately is now in the way. Mileage is 109,000 and Mot expires March 2016.

Price £1650.00

We are in a village to the north of Milton Keynes and the car is available to view most evenings and at the weekend. If you want to come and see it give me a call on 07843052460. If I don't answer leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can, probably that evening. Thanks very much.

Very nice mate!

Few questions.... Has the cambelt been changed and when? Also are the tyres, brakes, exhaust all good and what do these do MPG wise?

Am I correct in thinking the VRS Octy's have air-con and cruise control?

Thanks.

If this was in Ireland it would have been sold already, vrt complicates things for us here though. Lovely looking car glwts.

Looks a nice example, glwts

All the vw stuff with the 1.8t engines suffer with the air pump blowing issue! Nothing to worry about
