44k 90 spec RS Turbo, concourse condition---NOW SOLD!!!
Very hard decision to come to this, but i've decided to sell.
i've owned this car a little under a year, mileage was
when i got her, now on 44600. this is genuine mileage.
the previous owner had the car for 4 years and always kept her in a carcoon. used only in the show season and a entered in concours(not log book as far as i know) i have photos from when he first bought the car and had the arches done and the bumpers smoothed, he also fitted the 3inch magnex exhaust and k&n filter. these are the only mods to the engine, no chip no cam EVER. the car has not been used and abused. some pics from when i first got the car...
since these pics i've sold the silicone hoses and refitted the origional hoses, i prefere them anyway, also i sold the wheels and bought some RS7 spokes and brand new yoko's. these have only done about 500miles!
i've also now fitted opening rear quarters and had the hinges chromed. also a 3 spoke steering wheel.
the service history is up to 30k and then the previous owner did all his own servicing, mot runs out in may but i've no problems putting a brand new one on for buyer, tax is also out in may. i've a folder of receipts and bits and peices, standard cam cover, standard airbox, standard steering wheel, 5 original rs turbo alloys (4 with great tyres) nuts bolts, show plaques etc... ill get pics of all that stuff when my camera is charged.
some pics of how it looks now...
she's never been welded, does not piss oil out, runs perfectly, starts great. only bad bits i would say are the temp gague does not work properly, 2 of the alloys have minor dents (does not affect the driving at all) not kepbed at all though.
this car truly is mint, all origional panels, very well cared for and im going to be so sorry to see it go, im open to discussion about the price but be aware if you expect me to drop then the rs7's will come off or the quarters will come out...
im asking 5400, i feel this is fair with the mileage and condition.

well to be honest mate it will prob go this weekend...
I've had a hundred million wasters ring me up... but one lad missed one in london so is coming friday morning.. however he also fucked me about so I will be a tosser to him and try and get as much wedge as poss... cuz I aint arsed about selling like.
Its on the trader website now if u wanna look.. just stick in Golf Vr6 less than 80000 miles and within 50 miles of yours and you should see it up at 3950.

Still not seen this car yet... it looks really mint in the photos!

ive always luvd that car dude, its actually saved as wallpaper on my desktop!!! and the only reason i bought rs7s was coz i saw urs!!! gud luck with the sale m8 if i dint hav mine id pick it up 2nite

appreciate your offer Jay R, but there is no way i can lower the price with everything thrown in. tell you what, come see the car and then decide if you think its worth it

Beleive me mate ive been considering it but i plan on modding it trying for about 200plus bhp etc and i think personally these plans wouid spoil the car but well see what happens
