Looks like a 225 with the facelift mirrors... My mate has a white 1 and it's a really nice car. Can't believe how much the prices have come down on these... Crazy times.

Very nice cars and priced well
Just got to ask though, you say the brakes were done this time last year, so a year ago then, and they still have plenty of life left? i take it the car doesnt go far?

Sorry for the late responses guys, not sure if its the 225 or the 210. Its a 03 model, has 3 previous owners, comes with full service history (Servicing done at dealers, other works at local garage) The car is used basically to get to and from work (5 miles each way) and to and from Football. Brakes still have loads on them and the tires are fronts Prada spec 2 rears i think are dunlops. Car is priced to sell in a market where its quite, have a company car lined up so no longer needed, and just going to get a fun weekend car as well.

I think september 2003 was the change to 225, but its worth checking out for sure as most will want to know. The 225 also had a tracker device as standard? sounds like an honest example.. I was looking for one of these 6 months ago but couldnt quite afford a good one now I can afford even less with a 11 day old baby girl

An 03 plate one would make it a 210 bhp version.
All Cupra R's had the same shape door mirrors, Brembo calipers etc......
Only differences I remember on the 225's from the 210's were obviously the the extra 15 bhp, steering wheel was different (late cars had a red centre stripe with red stitching) and the 6 disc cd autochanger in the glovebox was replaced with a pocket and had a single cd head unit instead.
I was head technician at a Seat dealer for a few years and worked on loads of these! Very good car IMO!
Go like stink when they're remapped!!
Only things that spoilt them for me was the interior trim, at least half leather would have been nice!! Recaros were an option but not many people paid the extra.
I'd quite happily have one!
Shame I haven't got £3300 or I'd be sorely tempted!!
