Mint Rst escort Van PROJECT.
Well after years of ownership and graft i have made up my mind, its going!
Have lost interest over the last few years which is a shame as it wouldnt take much to complete. The van was originally a 1.8d, converted by myself and brother around 7 years ago, it is currently SORN and now stands as a 1.6 petrol on the log book. Got a little bit of history with it, a few mots etc. It is registered 1990 on a H. It underwent a full restoration in 2007 including, new rear arches, new front panel new side doors and a new rear door. It has been sprayed in Vauxhall vivaro white (10L) which is quite close to the ford frozen white. Door shuts, engine bay, under arches and all of the inside also painted. The work carried out was done to a very high standard and pictures really dont do the paint work justice. Arches Undersealed. Restoration cost in excess of £2000;-) Interior: Escos Leater seats Flocked dash and various interior components Bespoke Merc black leather roof lining Part leather door cards Momo steering wheel Ford racing gauges Clifford concept 300 alarm Exterior: Full Respray delocked drivers door delocked and de handled rear door 5x 17" ford focus mp3 alloys powdercoated black ( 1 diamond cut) Mint! new indicators side repeators Slightly tinted rear lights Colour coded rear bumpers flushed bonnet, bumper Metal door handles (could do with a repaint) Brand new top tint windscreen. Engine, suspension, transmission: 1.6 CVH turbo standard bottom end Piper 285t2 cam Grp a head gasket Stage 2 turbo? Mocal oil cooler Header tank and swirl pots Scorpion exhaust New battery New water pump New alternator New cam belt Boost, water and ancillary samcos Strut brace Was going to convert to EFI therefore there is a series 1 inlet on it. will include original inlet as well Everything been painted or powder coated Various polished/chrome parts. Brand new Koni shocks, lowered springs up front. De cambered rear springs with new bushes, brackets and mounts. Brand new ford rear shocks. all powder coated new cv's and tca's. powder coated anti roll bar. 1.8D gearbox with black diamond clutch Powder coated drive shafts. This van is finished to a very high standard and needs very little to complete. Various spares included. * There are a few bad points: front panel could do with prepping and painting as the paint has reacted slightly. * A few silicone dots on slam panel. Viewing is highly recommended anyone questions please ask. I have spent £££££'s on this van so not going to give it away. It really would be a shame to break it at such a close stage to completion but if i dont get much interest i will. £2500 ono:shocked: These are about the best pics i have although theres a few changes, radiator, brakes and numberplate are not included. http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...1022010125.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5032009008.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...9032009007.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...32009469-1.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5-1587_IMG.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5-1569_IMG.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5032009009.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...1588_IMG-1.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5-1567_IMG.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5-1586_IMG.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5-1568_IMG.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...5-1584_IMG.jpg |

Both ecu's metering unit fuel filter radiator Intercooler But obviously efi would be the better option and prices on that vary. Would also need a bonnet catch for the front pannel and bonnet and a front brake set up.;-) |
