Serviced by VW dealers....Last service at 85k had Full cambelt change as well as usual service.
Just had 12 months MOT and it went straight through
Taxed for 3 months
Sport model with the sport seats and steering wheel ect ect
PD engine, this is the MUCH better 115bhp model that is very sort after as it is known to be the BEST Diesel unit VW made
Air con/climate Control
electric windows all round
Remote central locking
Tidy bodywork and very tidy interior
Just had new discs and pads all round.
New rear shocks as the old ones were sagging a little.
Just been serviced by myself.
Goes VERY well for a diesel, as all the 115bhp diesels do.......and stll returns 45mpg around town.

I cannot fault this car at all....it is so practical and cheap to run. If it wasnt for the Missus wanting here own little car i would not even think of selling it......

I hate to be a bum boy on Marks posts but as we're mates and drive each others cars (admitidly I have crashed one of his) its only fair to say, thats a bargain.

I drove it back from picking up the Scoob the other night and was lovely to drive, smooth, no knocks, bangs or creaks and cruised nicely at motorway speeds.

Cant say much more than that- tis what it tis.

Fantastic cars.......huge boot, great to drive and excelent economy. Also with this engine for ony £250 you can have it re-mapped by a company caled R-tech.

I had thought about getting it remapped as they are SUPERB once done;-)

They are mate! A mate of mine had exactly the same car and engine as yours. He had it re-mapped and it was fantastic. He was following me down the A41 past Watford when I was in my 91 MK2 Golf GTI 16v, he booted it and left me, I was most upset as I had spent almost £1000 on engine work/mods and he spent £250 :cry:

Also what we could not work out was after the re-map it was better on diesel? Any petrol car with mods will drop on the mpg not rise!

I have a 20v Passat estate for my dogs. Ultra comfy, typical VW build quality, no rattles or sqeakes and fits both my dogs in the boot with ease, a Bullmastiff and a German Shepherd.

Have you advertised her on any of the VW sites? If not let me know and I will put it on there mate, will sell very quickly.

Bump as i have just dug the Service history out and it is Full VW service history, last service was 85k mile where it had a full cambelt and full service..........
