SOLD at Ford Fair
Price Reduced to £6500
Time has come for a change, so my Saphire 4x4 is up for sale.
1992 K Plate, Rare Smokestone Blue, 62K Miles, FSH with service printouts, all MOT’s except 2, MOT til June2007, 4 months tax left, facelift model with green top engine.
Standard alloys, Immaculate Cloth interior, heated front screen and electric sunroof.
I bought the car in standard condition and over the year have subtly up-rated various bits whilst still keeping it as standard looking as possible.
NMS Stage 1 Gunship, retaining Closed Loop and mot emission regulations.
Koni Adj all round
Front Polybushed
Magnex CAT Back
K&N Panel Filter
Roose Hoses (black)
Grp A Cam belt & tensioner
Grp A Top end Gaskets including Head Gasket
Grp A Fuel Pump
Boost Gauge
Quick Shift
I have all receipts and fitting bills for the above items.
I have also replaced a few items for new, such as seat bolsters, header tank, lower splitter, gear knob etc.
The bodywork is in very good condition with no rust on the arches, a few stone chips on the bonnet but it is 14 years old now.
Interior is in excellent condition, no rips or tears in the seats; the rears have hardly been used.
The car needs nothing doing to it and has no expense spared over the last 12 months, mechanical work carried out by Tremona Garage in Southampton and the map obviously by Karl Norris at NMS.
Hard to find one in this condition with all the history and low miles.
Priced to sell at £6950 ono.
Reduced to £6500
Any questions then PM me.
No PX’s, I have found my next RS so it’s a cash deal only.
Thanks
Leigh

Just don't E-Bay it!
Just don't E-Bay it!
I am only asking £500 more than some here with over 100k miles and older.

Thre is no way I will e-bay the car, I am not that desperate to sell and will not give it away for silly money.
I am open to sensible offers as stated earlier.

Thats what i meant, just didn't come out this way.
What i meant was that the majority of Sapph buyers are looking for us much bang as possible for next to no cash.
Only proper enthusiasts are aware of how much low mileage and history etc means to a healthy cossy.
My budget for mine is £5k not including insurance etc. I'm hoping to get a halfway decent one with minimal work required for that.

Main difference is the Green top unleaded engine, different dash, different seat colours and door trims, alloys and solid colour rear spoiler. Sure there is more but can't think at the moment.

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Just seen this
That is an absolute F'in bargain at that price and if goes for anyless then the buyer has stolen it.
I looked at 11 cars before I got my 4x4 last year and believe me I looked at all sorts of cars up to and around this price and none of them were a patch on it.

Hopefully its cos I am way down south that is putting people off, but they can all have a look at Ford Fair
