small trbo, 35k, full history, looked after recently by tremona RS specialists, sensible stage 1 - (stainless xhaust, quick change (ish) de-cat, k&n ggr group a pump, superchip ) made 264 at powers engineering after a tune up by them.
18's, quads, petrol blue, well loved etc
car was originally a sound off / show motor, auto accoustics major install, most of which is still left, beautiful replacement embosssed door cards & rear quarters housing rockford amps, 2 x accoustics seriosley cool subs, jbl 6.5s all round
koni adjustables all round
after some opinions:
should i fix a couple of bits i'm not happy with paint wise ?
if keeping it i would replace the hatch with a new one as a little bubble has appeared under the lower spoiler & i dont like getting rust repaired !
should i replace the interior panels with a standard set (getting hard to find)
& also get a set of standard alloys ?
bad bits to bear in mind,
the car was written off in 2000 i think through panel damage i've got the Hpi report , this was repaired at a decent ford dealer near me but i think the tailgate was repainted elsewhere & isnt the best quality i've seen
rest of the repair was closely gone over by a perfectionist painter friend of mine & he deemed it a good job apart from a bit of over zealous polishing on 1 flank, this turned out to be a cock up by the guy just b4 he sold it to me !!
(didnt know how to use a polisher)
could go on about it forever but the fact is i am thinking of letting her go as i fancy a change
any thoughts ?
i keep her if i cant get 13k and i think that is a bargain looking around at some of the pap on sale now
not sure if my fotobuckets working but here goes;
