Hi,

Do the M06 8 x 17 ET33 fit a 2wd saff? And are they still for sale? Sorry if it's a silly question.

yes I believe this is a good offset for a saff. Should sit well in the arches.
They are group A fitment so would need the conversion nuts with them.

I'm interested in them, however I don't really understand grp a fitment?

The term group A gets used quite a bit often incorrectly but in the case of wheels its essentially a wheel with larger metal inserts to prevent ovalisation & designed to take a larger stud for strength purposes. Hence you need conversion nuts to use on original ford studs.
