Dont send it Monday Steve, we are closed for 2 weeks holiday mate, just have a pal there doing small jobs that are pre booked.
No one else's has failed to my knowledge so far, making it a 59:1 failure rate so far but If your concerned, the most honest and best advice i can offer to you is dont buy it mate, or wait a year or so until your happy its proved itself reliable.
