Hi,

I have an interesting problem with a Sierra 2wd.

I had it sat in a garage for a few months over christmas and started it every other week to keep the battery topped up.

Unfortunately the fuel ran out one time. After a couple of weeks I got round to putting 5 litres in, and now it wont start.

There is a spark, but I pulled the fuel hose off just below the pressure regulator and cranked the engine, but no fuel.

If i suck on the pipe the fuel comes through.

Apart from the battery being low, what couls the problem be.

JUst a dodgy fuel pump or something cutting off the fuel somehow ?

I have tried with jump leads and is the same


Any advice on the next step / help with diagnosis ????
