Its a very simple job if you take your time.

Hardest bit will be replacing the valve springs without taking the head off, you can buy a tool to presurise the cylinders to stop the valves falling in.

Other than that its a simple case of unbolting the bits, slotting the new one in.

Make sure you fit the cam belt before bolting the rocker arms back on though.
