I'm just sorting the last few bits on my EFi RST and one of the jobs on the list is to replace the cam and lifters as it's got a bit of top end rattle, it looks simple enough in the haynes manual but has anybody got any tips as it's my first cam swap?

Also I can't see any reason why I can't change the cam and lifters with out removing the head, am I right or am I missing something?

Is it a good idea to replace the valve springs or will I be ok using the original springs?
