most of the time when ive been driving on the motorway, and pull off the motorway it is quite hard to put it in to gear, but when i park and leave the car turned off for a for then start it back up, its completely fine again.

Does anyone else get this problem? or can any one think of what it mite be? any ideas would be much appreciated
