I only wish I had the WRC centre diff that releases the drive to the front wheels when you pull on the handbrake ! With it on, you certainly wouldn't be able to move the car .
then it wouldnt fit in your centre console mike !!

3. Have a friendly MOT technician.

been through this with my fiesta, a scruitineer spotted i had no cables although it passed an MOT.
scrutineers do have the right to turn you away for non-compliance if the see fit , i know someone who it happened to on a rally
