You should from the chassis number be able to decode it and find its build date and location of build.

Off the top of my head it should be,

Digit 8 G - Germany
Digit 9 B - Genk
Digit 10 B - Sierra
Digit 12 M - 91 Year
N - 92 Year
P - 93 Year
Digit 13 J - January month
