Be very careful buying from photos only, there are a lot of wrecks about that look shiney and good.
Even experienced dealer/ importers get caught out.

I imported a 1988 Mustang 19 years ago from Canada, Export / Import paperwork done by the seller.

I hear what you are saying but it's a chance you take when you buy things without see it in person ,it's a 1969 vehicle iam looking at
