Yes, but even the car in that photo is realistically only a £3-4k car that's fully legal and legit. Maybe on a miracle day £5k.
Stolen ? worth nothing. How do you move it ? Scrap value ? Parts value ? And really...where is the market for used parts where they could openly advertise to get rid of stolen parts ?
