Sport means nothing, it's just a trim level, My IS200 is the Sport version, and other than trim spec, the only mechanical difference is it was only available in manual - and even then, the manual box was the same you could choose for the S or SE models.
Quality wise, if they're looked after they're bombproof. They're still pretty bombproof if you don't look after it. 2JZ N/A engine, and Toyota build quality. Parts aren't cheap as they've got Lexus tax on them, but apart from things like oil filters, you probably won't be buying dealer parts anyway.
My 200 is the nicest car I've ever owned, and most of the time feels completely tireless driving. Horrendously shit on juice, tax is a cunt too (£315 this year, expect it to be more next year as they continue to push it up in the hope of either pricing you out of it or you sucking it up and paying it)
